Where we ship

Ogaenics currently ships to all EU member states, Norway, Switzerland and the UK. We are working closely with our partners to ship Ogaenics to other countries in the near future.

Germany, Austria, France

Standard shipping with DHL GoGreen €5.50 for all orders under €65.00 (1-3 working days).
Standard shipping with DHL GoGreen is FREE for orders over 65,00 €.

Remaining EU:

Standard shipping with DHL GoGreen 12,00 € for all orders under 120,00 € (2-4 working days).
Standard shipping with DHL GoGreen is FREE for orders over 120,00 €.

Norway, Great Britain, Switzerland

Standard shipping with DHL GoGreen € 25.00 for all orders under € 250.00 (2-7 working days).
Standard shipping with DHL GoGreen is FREE for orders over €250.00.

All shipments to these non-EU countries are delivered with an invoice showing the value of the goods. Customs duties, customs clearance fees and taxes of the destination country are not included and are borne by the customer. These fees and costs will not be reimbursed by Ogaenics.

Shipping to packing stations

We are also happy to send your order to packing stations within Germany. Please enter the relevant packing station details as the delivery address.

Shipping to an alternative delivery address

Would you like to have your order sent to an address other than the one specified on the invoice? No problem! Simply enter the alternative delivery address during the order process on the “Checkout” page in the “Alternative delivery address” section.

Return process EN

1. Revocation: If you wish to return items from your order, you must submit a revocation within 14 days of delivery. Items received outside the specified return period will not be accepted. Use the withdrawal form on our website.
2. Item condition: Returns must be unopened/unused and in the original packaging.
   • Damaged items upon receipt cannot be refunded.
   • Opened or used items can only be refunded via store credit at the discretion of Ogaenics.
   • Returns that have been used, altered or damaged will not be accepted and may be returned to you and/or a refund may be denied. We cannot be held responsible for missing returns or items in transit.
3. Free items: If an order is returned in part or in full, all free items received with the order must also be returned.
4. Returns label: After receipt of your revocation, you will receive a returns label to print out yourself for orders within Germany. Stick it clearly visible on the parcel and take it to the nearest post office or Packstation. Please note that we do not cover any collection costs.

Costs for returns DE

• As the customer, you bear the direct costs of the return shipment.
• The current return postage within Germany is € 5.99 (DHL)
• The costs of the return shipment will be deducted from the refund amount.
• We ask for your understanding that we will have to deduct the penalty postage (18 euros) charged to us from the refund amount for unstamped or insufficiently stamped returned items.

Dealing with undeliverable items

We strive to avoid unnecessary returns and the associated environmental impact as a company. We therefore encourage you to check your details carefully when ordering in order to prevent such situations and to act more sustainably together. If your shipment is returned to us due to an incomplete or incorrect address or because you did not collect it from the post office on time, we will therefore have to deduct the costs incurred from any refund. These are currently as follows:

Undeliverable item Return costs AT: €18.54 (€4.90 return fee + €14.04 postage)

Undeliverable shipment Return shipping costs EU: € 4.90 return fee + € 12.00 shipping costs

Undeliverable shipment Return shipping costs Non-EU: € 4.90 return fee + € 25.00 shipping costs

Undeliverable consignment Return transportation costs island: € 4.90 return fee + € 12.00 shipping costs + € 35.00 (island surcharge)

International return process

• You have 14 days right of return.
• Request a return by sending us an email to hello@ogaenics.com with your order number and your return request. We will get back to you quickly to confirm whether your return has been authorized.
• If your return is approved, you will receive instructions by e-mail and, depending on the country, you may also receive documents that you must print out and enclose or attach to your return package.
• Pack the items you want to return in the original box.
• You bear the costs for the return shipment.
• Once we have received the return and confirmed that it meets the applicable requirements, we will refund the amount charged.
• We endeavor to process refunds as quickly as possible. Please allow up to 7 working days for returns to be processed.
• You will receive an e-mail notification about the status of your refund as soon as it has been processed.
• If you have paid import fees in connection with your order, whether in advance at the checkout or directly to the competent authority upon receipt of the order, you must apply for a refund directly to the competent authority in your country. It is your sole responsibility to reclaim these fees and Ogaenics cannot guarantee that such a claim will be successful.
