Calcium and magnesium are deliberately separate products in Ogaenics, as they compete with the trace elements in MR DO-IT-ALL 45+ for absorption and should be taken at separate times.
It is true that the absorption of iron can impair the absorption of zinc. However, this only applies if both are taken in high doses. With normal-dose combination preparations (such as our organic multivitamins) this is generally negligible, as the formulations are adjusted accordingly.

I cannot assess the effectiveness of Mr Do-It-All 45+ in the relatively short time I’ve been using it. I haven’t noticed any changes in my well-being.
Except for zinc, my blood levels were fine as of mid-December 2024.
Would it be possible to do without the elaborate and probably costly outer packaging? Perhaps everything necessary could be included on the bottle itself, maybe with a peel-off label?
When removing the seal from the bottle, adhesive residues remain, which could potentially enter the bottle. Could this be avoided somehow?
