Tasks
- Supporting purchasing management in day-to-day operations as well as in all administrative and organizational tasks
- Initiating orders and supporting suppliers as part of order processing and scheduling
- Requesting and checking offers
- Coordination, scheduling and tracking of deliveries
- Maintenance and updating of supplier/article master data in the merchandise management system
- Communication with national and international suppliers
- Support with evaluations and presentations via Excel and PowerPoint
- Collaboration on new product developments – from the idea to the launch
Qualification
- Completed commercial training, e.g. as an office clerk (m/f/d), wholesale and foreign trade clerk (m/f/d) or comparable
- You are confident in using Excel and PowerPoint
- Good knowledge of English
- Good knowledge of German
- Structured and goal-oriented way of working,
- Highly organized and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

Qualification
- Completed commercial training

- You offer our new customers an initial consultation on our products
- You answer customer inquiries, requests and suggestions and always find the best possible solutions.
- You communicate confidently and with pleasure via email, phone and live chat, Zoom in both German and English.
- You coordinate replacement deliveries, communicate with our fulfillment partner and book returns
- You are not afraid of problem cases and complaints, but see them as a challenge and an opportunity to make our customers happy.
- You’ll work closely with a nice team from e-commerce and product development who will be available to answer all your questions.
Qualification
- You are studying ecotrophology or comparable
- You have a high level of service orientation, always find the right words and the best possible solution
- You are confident in the use of MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
- You have a pleasant telephone voice and excellent written and spoken German skills

- Management of our dealer customers’ accounting (invoicing, dunning)
Qualification
- You are a registered student in the field of economics, ideally with a focus on controlling
- Experienced in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Very good communication skills in written and spoken German and English
- Confidence in coping with parallel tasks through good prioritization, self-management and time management
