Conditions of participation

1. general

The sweepstakes will be conducted by Novel Nutriology GmbH and announced on their website Ogaenics.com. Novel Nutriology GmbH is also free to announce the competition in other media forms (for example on social media platforms). The competition ends at the time defined in the entry. Changes to the sweepstakes will be announced in the same media where the entry was published. The legal process is excluded.

2. conditions of participation

The minimum age for participation is 18 years. Participation is possible by fulfilling all the requirements mentioned in the article. Participation in the competition constitutes the participant’s full agreement to the terms and conditions of participation. Employees of Novel Nutriology GmbH are not allowed to participate. Prerequisite for participation is the registration to the Ogaenics newsletter with a valid email address. Each person may enter the competition once.

3. gain

The prize that can be won is the non-cash prize mentioned in the entry, although the non-cash prize can also be a gift certificate of value or a gift certificate for products, services and merchants. Winners will be selected at random after the end of the competition and will be notified by e-mail unless otherwise specified. The cash payment of winnings is excluded. There are no claims to specific characteristics of prizes that cannot be inferred from the direct wording of the sweepstakes.

4. exclusion of participation

Any user who tries to falsify the result by technological means or any other way will be disqualified immediately. Comments or messages that violate the guidelines of the social media platforms used will be removed without notice upon becoming known. Affected participants are thus excluded from the competition. If this removes the entry of an already determined winner, this entry is excluded from the competition and a new winner will be determined at random.

5. reservation of right of modification

Novel Nutriology GmbH reserves the right to discontinue the competition at any time, temporarily or permanently, without giving reasons and without one or more winners having been announced. In this case (before the regular expiration of the contest) no one will receive a prize.

6. legal regulations

By participating in the competition, participants accept the T&Cs and the data protection provisions of Novel Nutriology GmbH. Participants also agree that with their participation in the competition, their personal data will be stored and processed by Novel Nutriology GmbH for the purpose of conducting the competition as well as for advertising purposes and for sending offers and information. Consent to the storage and processing of personal data can be revoked at any time by sending an e-mail to hello@ogaenics.com.

The sweepstakes is not directly related to, and therefore not sponsored or endorsed by, the social media platforms on which it is conducted. The operators of the social media platforms, in particular Facebook and Instagram, are not available as contact persons for the respective sweepstakes. Comments on social media platforms will remain and will continue to be publicly viewable until deleted by the person commenting.
