If you have ordered an Ogaenics product from our webshop and are not satisfied, you have 100 days to return the opened product to us. We will then refund the purchase price.
To take advantage of our 100-day money back guarantee, email us at hello@ogaenics.com with your name and order number. Our Customer Happiness Team will then take care of it. Here’s what you should watch out for:
- We can only take back products that are still at least 1/3 full.
- When returning multiple packages of the same product, only one package should be opened to recover the product price for all products.
