You can take one or two capsules together in the morning.
Caffeine can inhibit the absorption of nutrients. Therefore, we recommend that you space out at least 30 minutes before or after taking caffeine before taking this premium organic supplement.

After a bad COVID infection, my body struggled to get back to normal. For several months I had massive problems with my digestion, felt weak and just wasn’t myself. My doctor did some tests but everything seemed fine so she just said “it’s probably a long Covid, come back in 6 months if it doesn’t get better”. For me that wasn’t acceptable so I tried probiotics from the pharmacy (with not so good ingredients), avoided potentially problematic foods etc. After reading a lot about autoimmune diseases and the AIP diet, I decided to look for natural supplements and that’s how I came across Ogaenics. I ordered the Love Your GUt Biotic Complex & the Mrs Do-It-All 18+ Organic Multivitamin Complex and after about 3-4 weeks my digestion started to normalise. I can’t say I only have Ogaenics to thank for this as I have changed other things too (diet, stress reduction) but I am sure these supplements have contributed to my healing.A year and a half later, I’m still on a gluten and dairy free diet, but my health has improved so much that I can function normally again and even have “cheat days” where I eat everything. I still take both supplements, just not regularly anymore, but more to support my body when I feel it needs it.
