You should take MRS DO-IT-ALL 45+ daily without breaks. There is plenty of scientific evidence that continuous use builds the full benefits and effects over time, but no evidence that taking a break is useful.
Your body will start to feel the effects of MRS DO-IT-ALL 45+ within 24 hours, as the ingredients support the energy metabolism in the body. In the first month, users report stronger nails, more beautiful hair and more. But the real optimization often becomes apparent after several months and years of continuous use. According to experts, this is associated with improved health, an optimized metabolism and a slower ageing process.
You can take one or two capsules together in the morning.
Caffeine can inhibit the absorption of nutrients. Therefore, we recommend that you space out at least 30 minutes before or after taking caffeine before taking this premium organic supplement.
Also, take the capsules with some food, as this will help your body absorb MRS DO IT ALL 45+ and all its ingredients optimally. In order for the fat-soluble vitamins to be optimally absorbed by the body, the meal should also contain healthy fats. This does not have to be a full meal, a small snack is sufficient.
MRS DO IT ALL 45+ is a comprehensive all-in-one organic nutritional supplement that provides all the essential nutrients that cannot be absorbed through the diet in the quantity needed to achieve the desired effect. With one exception: calcium and magnesium.
These two minerals are important for you during menopause. However, since these compete for absorption with the important trace elements zinc and selenium in MRS DO-IT-ALL 45+, they are not included here.
For this reason, calcium and magnesium at Ogaenics are separate products that can and should be taken separately in time from the organic multivitamin.

It is true that the intake of iron can impair the absorption of zinc. However, this only applies if both are taken in high doses. With normal-dose combination preparations (such as our organic multivitamins), the competition is generally negligible, as the formulations are tailored to this.
