Yes. IRON MAID is designed for daily, long-term use, provided there is no iron deficiency and the recommended intake is adhered to.
Take 1 capsule daily with a glass of water on an empty stomach. For optimum absorption, we recommend taking approx. 30 minutes after coffee or tea.
As a rule, this is not necessary as our organic multivitamin complexes already contain iron. One of the two products is normally sufficient for the daily supply.
A combined intake can be useful if there is an increased iron requirement, for example in the case of a medically diagnosed iron deficiency. In this case, we recommend an individual consultation.
Your iron requirement may be higher during pregnancy and breastfeeding. Whether IRON MAID is suitable for you in this phase depends on your individual requirements.
